Delivery FAQ’s

Returns & Refunds - You have the right to return your unused goods within 14 days for a full refund. You are responsible for sending these back, please email me to arrange this - tamara_edgerton@yahoo.com 

In the event: That you have provided the incorrect address & your order has been posted, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or package replacement. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct postal address.

Postage Days: Due to the ongoing pandemic my postage days are being kept to 1 or 2 postage days per week. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

Who do you ship with? I send all my parcels with My Hermes. This is tracked & signed for. I charge what My Hermes charges for tracked & signed for postage for peace of mind. If you would prefer another courier service then I am happy to do this. 

Can I collect my order? Of course, once your order is ready you will receive an email confirmation letting you know it’s ready for collection. Please email me to arrange a pick up time as I do work during the day.

When will my order be dispatched? Lots of my stock on the website is ready to go, however I do have to make some items up after an order has been placed, this is why I have a ‘5/7 working days’ wait after an order has been placed . However I do aim to get my orders out quicker.

My order hasn’t arrived. Firstly please check your tracking which will have been sent to you once your order is sent, as frustrating as it is companies won’t class an order as missing until 15 days have passed so please be patient.
