Shipping Information

Returns & Refunds: You have the right treturn your unused goods within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging & unused. You are responsible for sending these back, please email me to arrange this   

In The Event: That you have provided the incorrect address & your order has been posted, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or package replacement. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct postal address. 

Who do you ship with? You can choose to use Evri or DPD at checkout, every order is posted tracked & signed for to ensure your order arrives safely.  

Made to order products: If you have ordered any made to order items along with other ready to ship items, they will all be sent together There may be some delays as I don’t always have all of the oils, on occasion some do have to be ordered in, as soon as they arrive with me they are made and shipped next day. 

Can I collect my order? Of course, once your order is ready you will receive an email confirmation letting you know it’s ready for collection. Once your order is ready please collect it at the earliest opportunity. If you haven’t been in touch & I don’t get a response within a week I will refund your order. Please email me to arrange tamara_edgerton@yahoo.com  

When will my order be dispatched? Your order will be sent within 3-5 working days. I do aim to get parcels out a lot sooner but it’s not always possible. 

My order hasn’t arrived. Firstly please check your tracking which will have been sent to you once your order is dispatched, as frustrating as it is parcels won’t be classed as lost until 14 working days have passed so please bare with me. Once the 14 days have passed after your order was dispatched please email me & I will chase it up.
